I spend a lot of time inside my head (or standing on it, hee) in meditation. Working things out at the keyboard just gets it out of my head. There isn't much of a filter there since I am pretty incapable of writing fiction about myself. While having others swing by and chime in from time-to-time is validating in some ways, I <b>do</b> know that what I believe is true, at least to me... and that is the important thing. Being able to communicate with others who are from different backgrounds and stages in their life is also very illuminating and helps me to understand people - and myself - a little better. Namaste.
